Pam's Blueberry Pie | |
| Filling Ingredients: | |
| ¾ cups Sugar | 1/8 teaspoon Salt |
| 4 cups Blueberries | lemon juice |
| 3 tablespoons Flour | butter |
| Crust Ingredients: | |
| 1½ sticks butter | 3-4 tablespoons water |
| 2¾ cups flour | a pinch of salt |
| Preheat oven to 400° Combine sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl. Toss in blueberries. Line pie plate with pastry; fill with berry mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter. Put on top crust. Flute edges and prick with fork. Sprinkle top of pie with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. bake for 40-50 minutes. | |
