Pam's Blueberry Pie

Filling Ingredients:
¾ cups Sugar 1/8 teaspoon Salt
4 cups Blueberries lemon juice
3 tablespoons Flour butter
 
Crust Ingredients:
1½ sticks butter 3-4 tablespoons water
2¾ cups flour a pinch of salt
 
Preheat oven to 400°

Combine sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl. Toss in blueberries. Line pie plate with pastry; fill with berry mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter. Put on top crust. Flute edges and prick with fork.

Sprinkle top of pie with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. bake for 40-50 minutes.
